Error while launching Power BI Desktop

Power BI dekstop throws the below error. I have tried reinstallation and giving full permissions to the \Temp\Power BI Desktop folder. Can somebody help? Feedback Type: Frown (Error) Error Message: Access to the path 'C:\Users\karthikg\AppData\Local\Temp\Power BI Desktop\8e203902-d5cd-4239-9842-6360f70ee981\Evaluation\Evaluations.bin' is denied. Stack Trace: at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy, Boolean useLongPath, Boolean checkHost)
