Hi all: Good day! I have Power BI desktop February version [we get through our organization SW request dept.]. Recently I got the May version. As I am trying to Install this new version, I am getting error as below: I didn’t uninstall the current version I have in my machine, do I need to uninstall the existing version first and then install the newer version?
Many thanks in advance.

You dont need to unistall a previous version so as to install a newer one.
In your case though i would suggest you unistall the current version first and then install a newer one.
You should always install the latest version. (e.g. October 2020 release)

Hi @themistoklis: Thanks for your response. After I uninstall the existing version, I could install the new version!
