Error when viewing Embedded Dashboard in Finance and Operations

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope you can help me with the following mistake.

It is that I am throwing an error in the visualization of the Custom Visual in Finance and Operations.

I will attach some images to you so that you can understand it better.

Is it likely to be some error in the permissions?

What would you recommend to start?

    Can the original report be manually refreshed normally? Have you checked the relevant credentials and permissions?

    It is difficult to determine the exact cause based on the provided screenshots.

    If the issue still persist, I would suggest you create a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue.
