Error when using Power BI dataset as datasource - "Cannot load model"

I raised a MS ticket.
It turned out that user being on Windows 7 OS is the issue.
MS recommended to upgrade to Windows 10 OS and that should solve the issue it seems.
Have you tried raising a support ticket with Microsoft? https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
AllisonKennedy, I haven't raised a ticket yet on the hope i would get answer in the community. If no helpful answers, thats my next step...
