Helper VError when updating dashboard through desktop app
Hi
I'm trying to refresh a dashboard and am receiving an error. The last update was successful and I've not touched this since that update, so outside of adding a couple of new lines of info into the excel spreadsheet - saving, then opening the desktop app and refreshing...nothing else in the data or software has been modified.
Does anyone have any insight in what this error is and how to fix it?

As searched, some users happen to the same problem and slove by method below,
uninstall and re-install,
or
delete the desktop shortcut that was created and run it from the start menu. Otherwise, create the shortcut from the start menu intsead.
Please have a try.

emma313823Perfect - love to know what caused the error, but for now uninstalling the software and reinstalling worked.
