Good afternoon,
I am implementing a report where there are many text wrappers. When I do not select any filter, these text wrappers show a message "Query returned more than one row, please filter data to return one row". Is there any possibility to edit this possible message and put for instance "Please filter data"?
Thank you very much in advance!!
Regards,
Àlex
Hi @pect,
Could you please mark the proper answer as solution or share the solution if it's convenient for you? That will be a big help to the others.
Best Regards!
Dale
Thank you and apologies for the late reply!
I am not exactly looking for what you explained to me. What I am trying to implement is to set a customized default message to the text wrapper. For example, if any filter is applied the text wrapper could show "-" or "Select filter" etc. Is there any possibility to customize this message or the only possibility is to put "last", "first", etc?
Thank you very much again!
Àlex
I am afraid I didn't explain myself properly. What I meant is that when you select one of the report sheets, by default there is no filter applied, thus the text wrapper show a default message "xxxxxxx". As you mentioned, there is the possibility to set the "first", "last", etc value of the field but this is not the solution I am looking for. What I would like to achieve is to customize the default message because the default one is too long and not attractive.
Hi @pect,
As I mentioned in the last reply, this visual is released by the third party. The Power BI team can't make changes of it. I'm afraid you need to go to the official site for more support. https://maqsoftware.com/contact.
Best Regards!

Hi Àlex,
The error message is clear with a reason. I think it's reasonable.
1. You can set a default value for it. Then there won't be a error message.
2. If you still want to change it, please contact the author: https://maqsoftware.com/contact.
Best Regards!
Dale
