Error when trying to refresh data source on app.powerbi.com

Did you try to create Power BI report using the Dynamics 365 Business Central Data? If yes, you can refer the following official documentation.

Based on the error message, it seems to be a data source authentication issue. Please check the method or workaround mentioned in the threads below , hopefully its will help you solve the problem as well.
Error connecting Business Central
The work around I used for this connection problem is the on-premises data gateway, directly connected to my SQL database. I tried using the API but still having a problem during GET and POST.

We found a solution that worked - but it required an instance using NavUserPassword and a web services key.
