Error when trying to connect to IBM DB2

When I select the driver Microsoft show the error "Microsoft Db2 Client: The SQLAM manager doesn't support this manager level: 8. SQLSTATE=HY000 SQLCODE=-343"

When I select the driver IBM show the erro: "IBM DB2: Não foi possível encontrar um fornecedor de base de dados com o nome invariável "IBM.Data.DB2".

I've tried installing the drive:
"IBM Data Server Driver Package (DS Driver)": https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkID=274911"

But the problem remains, any idea what can be?

Thanks.

Hi @isacfmaia,

What operating system you install Power BI Desktop? Please make sure that you download 64bit driver and install it. In addition, what is the result when you validate IBM Data Server Driver Package installation following the steps in this article?

Thanks,

Hi @isacfmaia,

What is the version of your IBM DB2? Based on the above error message, it seems that the driver you install doesn’t apply to your data server. Please choose the right driver according to this guide and make sure the driver you install matches the bitness of Power BI Desktop.

Besides,  you can validate IBM data server driver package installation following  the instructions in this article: http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEPGG_9.7.0/com.ibm.swg.im.dbclient.install.doc/doc/r005... .

Thanks,
