Error when star Powerbi Desktop

When I start PowerBI desktop i got this error :

"We couldn't retrieve the data model for this report. Please try again later."

I do not open any report, only start powerbi desktop!

    Hi Mohammed!

     

    Thanks for your answare. 

    I already reinstalled it and it still crashes, I also uninstalled it, restarted the computer, downloaded it again and reinstalled it, it still crashes with the same error

      Hi crobles,

      What version of power bi desktop are you working on? The system versions? Please share some more detailed information or help us clarify and troubleshoot your scenario.

      BTW, any operation that you worked on power bi desktop before this issue appears? According to the error message, it seems like the power bi try to restore the previous content and cached data but failed.
