Error when refreshing data

Hi,

 

I'm getting the below error when hitting Refresh, is anyone able to help please? 

 

 

I have verified my connection to the data source already but it could be possible it's being closed automatically. How do I investigate this and how do I stop it from being closed?

    I would work with your DBA to see what your database logs show as to why it is closing the connection. They can either tweak the server settings or give you a special connection string to increase the timeout, concurrency, or whatever the issue turns out to be.

      Delayed reply but I worked with our IBM dB2 consultant and we managed to figure it out. I can't tell you what it was as it's beyond my knowledge/expertise.
