Error when having letters and numbers within a cell

Hello,

I have tried changing this column to text and to number however; I am receiving the below error as some of the information within these cells have a letter and a number. Can you please advise on how I can resolve this?

Hi,

you might have two changed type steps in the Power Query, remove the first changed type step which converts this column into the number.
