Error when create new measure

Hi guys, I create an empty table to store measures, however, when I create new measures on that table I meet the following error have any idea how to fix it? just met on the July version of P...

    I don't think the problem can be understood without seeing what it does. So what I did for you is record the screens of creating a table and a measure in it. I also have the July version and it worked smoothly. Try to see if you did it the same way. The PowerPoint file with the recorded screens is attached.
