Error when changing text to date/time; some rows work while others don't

I tried to change the type from text to date/time and some rows work while other rows return error. For example, my original text is  2.7.2022 11:07, and after transformation, it is 02/07/22 11:07:00 (date/time). Screenshot is as followed: (left column is text type, and the right column is left column's duplicate with type changed to date/time for comparison sake)

Does anyone know how to resolve this complication? thank you very much in advance.
