Error viewing data preview after connecting via "Planview Enterprise One - CTM" data connector

I'm trying to connect to Planview using the in PBI. I am able to connect to the database and view a list of the available tables, but when I click on one of the tables to preview the data, I receive the following error message:

DataSourceError: Troux: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. (An error has occurred.)

Details:

DataSourceKind-Troux

DataSourcePath=[my corporate Planview server URL is listed]

Url=[Corporate Planview server URL]/TrouxODataService/Project

How do I address this so I can create a link to my data and create reports?PBI-Planview Error Screenshot.jpg

Hi @msschmidt,

There are three connectors. Did you choose the proper one?

Do you have an Enterprise account? Is the Reporting Portal Viewer feature enabled? Please refer to power-bi/service-connect-to-planview.

Is it the service-connect-to-troux? If so, I would suggest you try the OData Feed connector?

Best Regards,

I tried both the Enterprise PRM and Enterprise CTM connector, as well as the OData Feed connector. None of them worked for me. (I took screenshots of what I did and the results  attached it to this post.) I need to connect to PRM as the reports I need to create are all related to resource forecasts, utilization, and actuals. I have "Analysis and Reporting" in Planview and can run the generic out-of-the-box Planview reports, so I don't think it's a security issue.
