Error using Essbase connector "The data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, position 1."

the connecting string is correct and XMLA working. I checked it using IE browsing.

I did what you said but did not work.  

Error is not happening only for me, but for everybody here in the company.

I'm not a PRO USER... cant open ticket.
