Error updating to PBI Service

i'm constantly having errors publishing PBIx files to PBI Service, it works without problems 2 out of 40 or something like that. The window almost never gives information for success - though the PBIx is sucessfully uploaded to PBI Service.

But i have to go to task manager and close the file .... everytime ....

What is the problem and how to solve it?

Is there at least a way to make last publishing time in PBI Service visible?

Or can i upload from PBI Service? Is it exactly equal?

I don't see any difference. Get data from Power BI Desktop files for your reference.

For your issue, have you tried uninstall and install the latest Power BI desktop? What's going on if you test in another PC?

I've removed PBI november, run CCLEANER and instaled PBI December, first two ones went ok, the other 3 failed.
