Error sharing a report
When someone from another organization shares a Report with me, I can't access it. When I click on the shared link that comes to me by email, the Power Bi opens but the Report does not appear or give me the option to anything. The person who shares it with me says that it stays in the Permissions tab, such as Pending OK. Can it be a Permissions issue ?
Thank you.

What did you see when you clicked the link in the email? It should display a dialogue which reminds if you want to accept the invitation from that organization and some of your information will be available to that organization. You need to accept the invitation before you see the shared report. And after you accept the invitation, you become a guest user of that organization.
If you didn't accept the invitation, click the link again to accept it. If you have accepted the invitation, you could ask the person to check if you are listed in the permisson page of this report. Just like below.
Additionally, you need to have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license to view the report unless it is located in a Power BI Premium workspace.

Hi, Thank you for your response. Indeed the problem is that clicking on the link opens my PowerBi portal and the dialog to accept the invitation does not appear and therefore the report does not appear. The person who shares it, in permissions has it as pending acceptance. I have a Pro license.

Could you ask the person who shares the report to check whether you have been added to their organization as a guest user successfully? If not succeed through the Ad hoc invites method, they could also use planned invites method in Azure portal. This needs to be done by their user administrator. See Distribute content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
Additionally, how did he get the link? Some links are only available for people within the same orginization.
