Error retrieving data due to architecture mismatch

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have created a Power BI Desktop (32-Bit) report and successfully published it to Power BI online. When I try to create a data refresh using a personal gateway, I am getting the following error.&nbsp;Failed to update data source credentials: We are unable to connect to the data source. Please ensure that data source is accessible.Hide detailsActivity ID: 81a5c6ca-d2ff-4045-8da8-079a7bac53c2Request ID: f51dad66-877b-2c1a-2e68-fe407ca713c8Status code: 400Time: Thu Mar 30 2017 09:14:25 GMT+0100 (GMT Daylight Time)Version: 13.0.1700.1511Cluster URI: https://wabi-north-europe-redirect.analysis.windows.netDetails: ODBC: ERROR [IM014] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application&nbsp;This error&nbsp;occurs regardless of the authentication method. My first guess is the Personal Gateway 64-bit? If so is there a 32-Bit version available?&nbsp;If not is there anything else I can try? The connection I have is a 32-bit connection and I don't have a 64-bit version available.&nbsp;Any help would be great.

Hi&nbsp;jongee&nbsp;Personal gateway is 64bit - If your machine is 32bit, you will not be able to install the personal gateway. Your operating system needs to be 64bit. Thanks.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have a 64-bit OS, but the ODBC connection I am using is only 32-bit. I take it that this means I cannot refresh the data?
