Error publishing a report

I am trying publishing a report that I could previously publish with no problem. Now I am getting this: Any idea what that might be?   Thanks

    Hi Markzolotoy ,

     

    It seems that your admin account have closed the permission of create new workspace for you.  You can turn it off.  It means now it is in premium capacity. If you turn it off, you can move "My workspace" to shared capacity.

Hi Markzolotoy ,

 

You can use shared capacity. What is the workspace are you trying to publish to? Is it my workspace? Now, I sugget you create a new workspace with premium capacity off. And when you publish the report to the power bi service , select the new workspace.
