LRFeltz You can start digging into the file itself to some degree by changing the extension from .pbix to .zip
This will break apart the components. Whether or not you'd be able to change anything without breaking it, I can't say.
I changed the extension to .zip but I do not know what to do with the files below:

As Anonymous posted, please verify and check remove the RLS completely. Then close and reopen it.
