LRFeltz What is the data source? Have you tried to "Save As" of the PBIX file? It's possible that there is a "hook" that still remains in the file referencing the RLS implementation and if that is the only thing "Pro" then it may remove that in the new file.
Did not work...
The only pro feature I included was RSL.
Is there a way to see what feature the file is using? thank you.

LRFeltz You can start digging into the file itself to some degree by changing the extension from .pbix to .zip
This will break apart the components. Whether or not you'd be able to change anything without breaking it, I can't say.

Hi LRFeltz,
As Anonymous posted, please verify and check remove the RLS completely. Then close and reopen it.
