Error occurred while rendering the report
With the latest (August 2019) version of PBI I'm getting "Error occurred while rendering the report" while refreshing OData or SQL resources. It worked without issue in the July 2019 version. I ...

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
