Error 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' when refreshing data in powerBI desktop

I am getting the below errors when I click "refresh" on my power BI desktop dashboard. The data is linked to one excel file. I updated the data in the excel file the same way I do every week and did not make any changes to the dashboard. I have never had an issue refreshing the data before.  Not sure how to solve. Thanks!

Hi @abrouwer ,

Some user feedback. If you use this setting it goes through the error:

And you could try to use previous monthly version to have a test.
