Error messages loading a previous table and exception while reading from stream

Hi I am completely new to Power Bi Desktop and am trying to open a monthly template, but continually get the attached error messages when opening the file.  I am able to open a daily and weekly file with this information contained in it but I'm having issues with the monthly file. I'm hoping you can help as I have no knowledge regarding programming

@MickyC , The last table is not getting read.  In case you are on August 2022, please try to revert to July 2022 and try.

Try this too: Home Tab- > Data Transformation -> Data source setting -> select datasource -> clear permissions and try again
