Is there any way to trace back where this error is actually coming from? The table / column references are blank, and I am getting the same error for all tables in the refresh, so I can't really trace it manually.

You have to refresh each table, and find which columns contain blank values. One easier way is to go to query dependencies and find which tables are connected. Also make sure that you have enabled these options, as they can help you identifying in rows that are empty or has errors. Hope it helps.
