    You need to check the difference between your colleague and your computer configuration and powerbi version,or try to uninstall the software and reinstall. If the modification can be done on your colleague’s computer, it’s not a pbi file problem.

v-janeyg-msft  no i was trying to open the report and add just a simple transformation in a query and this is where I began encountering the problem.

v-janeyg-msft I have just tried to open again the report and got a blank page and have to restart my computer...at the same time all my other report are still opening without any problem.
