You need to check the difference between your colleague and your computer configuration and powerbi version,or try to uninstall the software and reinstall. If the modification can be done on your colleague’s computer, it’s not a pbi file problem.

Anonymous , there is no file attached. Have you configured Dataset refresh and provided datasource credential under Datasource setting?
