Sometimes I get this error message in Power Bi Desktop. I guess it's related with choosing a theme file. I have to confirm this several times before it finally disappears. Any idea how to get rid of it?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I found a solution.
I deinstalled Power Bi Desktop coming from the Microsoft Store, and installed the regular downloadble version instead.
Now everything is working properly without any error messages.
Hi @Anonymous,
Is above error message prompted by Power BI desktop? What operation did you make that caused this error in desktop?
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
Yes it is Version: 2.52.4921.682 64-bit (November 2017) from the store.
It happens when I open an existing report, which uses a Live-Dataset from the service.
Because the theme colours are not correctly displayed, I reopen the json theme. As I open the dialog to import the json-file the error message appears.
Best regards,
Andreas
