    Is it possible that it is related to the csv encoding format?

    Will there be garbled characters when accessing the csv file on his side?

     

    If you have no idea about that ,you may need to open a support ticket with MSFT to investigate this issue.

Hello Eason,

 

Let me update the situation.

While I was checking the encoding of my CSV file and the CSV file my colleague downloaded, I recognized that  seperator-delimited formats is different. Mine is comma and my colleague has semi-colon. So, I think it is the issue.

Thank you again for your hint that helps me to discover the setting difference.
