    Hi,  Anonymous 

    Is it possible that it is related to the csv encoding format?

    Will there be garbled characters when accessing the csv file on his side?

     

    If you have no idea about that ,you may need to open a support ticket with MSFT to investigate this issue.

Hi,  Anonymous 

Please compare the two M codes in Advanced Editor.

Make sure that the file paths on both sides are correct, and the column names in the table structure are exactly the same (case sensitive and spaces).

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    The M code and the files are totally the same. The source files and the pbix file are sent out from me after they ran sucessfuly from my side. And I compared and checked many times that my colleague uses the same things as I. (M code, columns, etc.)
