I have solved the issue.

When trying to instal Power BI, it appeared a screen telling that Power BI needs .NET framework and that I had to click on the buttom "Accept and continue" to accept the license terms and instal .NET framework.  When I click on that buttom, the instal program tried to instal .NET framework 4.6.2 and there the error occured.

So, I have installed .NET framework 4.6.2 firstly and then tried again to install Power BI and that time it was Ok. Perhaps some .NET framework files got by Power BI instal program were corrupt or something like that.

Anyway, finally I have been able to instal Power BI successfully 🙂

BTW, I also recommend you take a look at the official document at the fisrt to confirm if you meet the prerequisites to install the application.
