Error installing Power BI Desktop

Just trying to update Desktop and have this error.  I have recently updated since the February release with no problem.  Cannot install via MS Store as it is disabled in our organisation.  Any ideas?...

    Solved the problem.  My Offline Files were set to Work Offline mode whcih seemed to cause the error.

This might be caused by insufficient permissions.
