Error in refreshing data in power bi desktop

Input source - Folder (contains set of excel files)

Dashboard worked fine for first few days. Now, it doesn't refresh the data upon addition/ deletion of any file in the source folder.

Error: ODBC error is flashed. Asks for 64-bit Access Database.

      Please let me Kno what additional information is required.
      PowerBI deskop version -Oct 2017
      Application installed on Citrix VM
      Please let m know if any specifics are needed.

        It seems like your power bi version are older than current version, have you test with last version?(current update to June 2018) Which excel version you test?
