I have just uploaded a new report connected to a powerbi service report and I received an error.

If you have backup the pbix file for the connected dataset (which is deleted now) before, you can publish the pbix file to Power BI service same workspace. Then you find the new dataset ID, replace the original dataset ID in Connections file mentioned above with this new one.

From internal telemetry trace, it seems the connected Power BI dataset doesn't exist.
You can rename .pbix file to .zip file, and open Connection file. Check if the dataset is existing actually.
