Error getting environment in Power Apps visual

Hello,

I have a problem with the integration of a Power Apps Visual in my report.

The Power Apps visual shows "Error getting enironment".

I am pretty sure, that I know why it doesn't work.

I have to accounts on my local machine connected with windows. The first one is my basic organizational account and the second one is an organizational test account, that has a a Power Apps licence. I guess Power Bi tries to connect to the first account instead of the second one, eve though I'm logged in Power BI with the seccond one.

Can I force Power BI to connect to the second account that has a licence? I don't have admin rights on my local machine.

Thank you Simon

HI, @Anonymous ;

Similar issue has been reported internally(ICM 273085537 and ICM  271348110). According to product team's feedback, this issue is possibly caused by the Power BI Desktop infrastructure update option in the Power BI Desktop. Could you please check in your Options to see whether this option is selected? If you select this option, will you get same issue?

Hi, @Anonymous ;

You could try: if you have the same powerapp visual working in another report you can copy it to you current report, replace the fields or what other errors you get and the embedded app .

Check the limitations here to find whether you meet any point.

Hello @v-yalanwu-msft,

unfortunally that doesn't work either. And I already checked, whether I meet the limitations.

Just to add: I can create and integrate Power Apps Visuals, when I work in Power BI Service. But it doesn't work with Power BI Desktop, which worked quit well till last week. I read about my issue in posts before, and it seems to me, that probably Microsoft was facing with the issue several times the last year. Do you know whether Microsoft is working on that issue.
