Error fetching data when personalize this visual in apps/dashboard

Hi team,

One problem need your kind advice, thanks in advance.

We enabled Personalize this visual feature for several dashboards, all of these dashboards were added in apps.

One of the dashboard's personalization function doesn't work for 1 user, it works fine for others.

When she clicking personalize the visual to add a measure, she got "Error fetching data for this visual", but for other dashboards, she could personalize.

I simulated the same filters/measures like her, no issues. I checked her role, her access, no difference with other users who could personalize.

She cleared the cache, changed browsers, tried from apps/separate dashboard, still no working.

Do you have any suggestion about the issue? thank you.

I'm glad to hear that the problem has been resolved. This seems to be a sudden problem, I will continue to look into it.

The issue was fixed, not sure what's the root cause. Tried many things, republished the dashboard, remove user's access and added again, shared the dashboard with user, etc. Anyway, it works now.
