Error fetching data for this visual - A connection could not be made to the data source

I'm encountering the above error with a published report that was shared with me. We have already investigated if the access to the underlying data might be an issue but I have access to the database the report is built on and there is no RLS.

Am I missing something obvious?

Hi @SevsBo 

1.Based on your description, please check that your credentials are configured correctly.

2.Please make sure that you have  configured the gateway if your datasource need it, and add the source to the gateway, if you don't configure the gateway, it may cause the problem, you can refer to the following link to know more about how to configure gateway and add the data source to it.
