Error converting DATE in the Power Query...

Hello friends,

I'm trying to convert a text column to date format to sort the visualizations in chronological order, but I'm getting errors in Power Query. I tried with different date formats (Jan -> January), but I keep getting the same error. 

Any help?

try to add "-1" after month, then you can convert.

[Column1]&"-1"
