Error connecting to SQL server database

Yes. You can delete the previous credential information and reconfigure the connection by doing the following.

What do you mean by create permission from data source? Do you mean recreate my permission to connect to the sql server?

@Anonymous , Increase timeout, also create permission from datasource, if needed and provide credentials again
