Error connecting to Facebook API.

When i connect to facebook and import the data from connections i'm not able to access ssome information ,why?

 

 

DataSource.Error: Facebook: Unsupported get request. Object with ID xxxxxxxxxxx  does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Hi @Arul 

As a workaround you may try to import your facabook data into windsor.ai account and access the data with Power BI.

Hi @Arul ,

 

According to error message, it seems like you are use wrong id or not have permission to access particular datasource.
Please double check your id and facebook settings to confirm its permission.
