I have an error, cannot connect data from power bi desktop to Dynamics 365 Business Central, error as shown.
Please help me how to fix it.

You can provide them with all the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, which will help them understand the issue better and provide a resolution. However, I had already submitted a ticket to Microsoft as you suggested, but I still haven't received any response as of today.
Currently, I'm still encountering a connection error when trying to retrieve data through the Dynamics 365 Business Central portal.

All of my existing models in PBI service now work, as of 30 minutes ago, however problem still exists in PBI Desktop (installed from MS store. Version: 2.149.911.0 64-bit (November 2025))
My flows all failed overnight, but was advised it was fixed. MS advised it was fixed, so I just ran one now manually and it worked, so perhaps try again now.

The refresh in Power BI Service is working now, but I am still facing errors when pulling data from Business Central into Power BI Desktop.

Same error here when connecting Business Central. I have many PoiwerBI reports cannot be refreshed started from yesterday. (Cloudfare issue?)
Even I started a blank report, the error already stop me.

Same issue - Australian East Coast. Tried to connect to our cloud BC instance via both PBI Desktop and PBI service using the official built-in BC connector and exact same issue. has been running fine for a couple of years. stopped working today.

I have same issues in Fabric Dataflow Gen2 , all my dataflow gen2 with BC all report the same error message:
I tried to create a new connection with BC in Fabric Dataflow Gen2 , the error message change to invalid credential , but the same credential is working in Power BI Desktop - Power Query.
