Error al sumar una columa

I create a simple sample. Is this the same as your scenario?

1. "Value" field (your "Cantidad" field) is a column and it's summarization is "Don't summarized".

2. When you keep the field as "Don't summarized",it works. But when you change it to "Sum", the total value is not correct.

If so, let's discussion one scenario.

In sample data, we can find that for Product "D", it has two values, "4" and "4".

When we keep "Value" field "Don't summarize", it only shows one row for Product "D".

This is by design. When two or more row have the same values completely, it will return the distinct rows content which every row value is the unique key in visuals.

Then if we change the summarization of "Value" field to "Sum". It will sum all the total value for Product "D" (4+4=8). So it will show as 8.

If this is not same as your scenario, please show me more details.
