Error While loading data in table visualization in power Bi desktop

Hi Expert,

While I am loading data in the table visualization using direct query/import mode, I am facing the below error(attached).

Firstly I am creating Adhoc reports for historical data(10 years of data) whereas here I am just doing it for 1-year of data.

MicrosoftTeams-image (2).png

MicrosoftTeams-image (1).pngand from the database side, the history data will load in incremental order, and in power bi desktop I'm not able to load just 1 month of data only. How to overcome this and which mode would be best for this(import /direct Query).
Appreciate your kind response.

Thank You,

Hina

@Heena_9980400 , Make sure, there is sufficient RAM available for Power BI. Sometime Brower takes a lot of memory.

File- > Options and settings -> Options -> load ->Increase memory management cache  '

Hi amitchandak,
Thanks For the response

Please could you help me with which mode would be best for this and for historical data is there any refresh schedule or incremental refresh required?

Hi amitchandak,

One doubt what is the maximum size we can keep, Kindly let me know the range.

Thanks,

Hina
