Error: Token '=' expected. Start position: (1, 29). End position (1, 32).
I am getting this error immediately after attempting to refresh any Power BI report through Power BI deskstop. I have reviewed all queries in the advanced editor and none of them have any syntax err...

After trying to install the August version of Power BI Desktop the problem was solved, if updating to the latest version does not work, you can take this method into consideration, this is the download link:
