I am trying to build a bar chart but I got this error:
I know that is is related to the ammount of data, but there is any way to solve this?

You can put filters on the data further if you can, but most likely it has to do with the measure or calculated column that you are using for your visual that is taking too long to calculate. You can also use performance analyser on the Optimize header to see what measure or column is taking too long to refresh and fix it. Finallly you can update Query Time out . see article below this would be the last suggestion. I personally never had to do it and i work with hundreds or records.
