Error Table return text as YES, if not No

According to your description, you first need to change the field type of columnA-E from True/False to Test type, and then try the following formula to get the result.

IF (
    'Table'[A] = "True"
        || 'Table'[B] = "True"
        || 'Table'[C] = "True"
        || 'Table'[D] = "True"
        || 'Table'[E] = "True",
    "Yes",
    "No"
)
