Error Stack overlfow while expanding Excel file

Hello everybody,

I have Excel file with 6 different sheets. I import the file into Power Bi. To import the file I choose this way:

After doing Step 4 - Invoke the function and combine the data - I get the error Stack overflow.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
