Hi,

Really appreciate some input here.

My colleague is only getting error messages when she is working with Power BI Desktop in the Edit Query. Previously these projects have been working just fine and she has not updatet Power BI desktop. The files where working just fine last week, but now they are showing the error under. Have tried to search for similar issues, but not found a solution. Also, the same message appears for different sources. Could it have something to do with her office 365 account? Or, anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Thank you for great follow up. Checked these things as well, but didn't help. However, we managed to solve it by removing some temp files. Not sure what had happened but working now.

HI @mueland,

I'd like to suggest you check the certification and access token first. Based on error message, the issue seems like related to certifications/token.

I' m not sure if the issue related to desktop update, I also test to connect to office 365 but it works well.

Thank you for your reply, @v-shex-msft. Do you know where I can check this? I also tried to use her computer and log in with my account in power BI Desktop but still the problem was there.

Hi @mueland,

For certification settings, you can find it at 'File' -> 'Options and settings' -> 'Data source settings'.

For the access token, you need to check the custom function or advanced editor to find out the query string who used to get access token.
