Gracias.

Thankyou, @FBergamaschi, for your response.

Hi Scid,

We thank you for asking your question in the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Based on my understanding, the problem is because there are multiple Microsoft accounts signed in on your computer. Even though your Power BI Desktop is updated, saved credentials or wrong sign-in can stop you from accessing semantic models, even if you have full permission.

Please follow these steps which might help fix the problem:

  1. Sign out fully from Power BI Desktop.
  2. Open Windows Credential Manager and delete any saved passwords related to powerbi.com.
  3. Restart Power BI Desktop and sign in with the account that has the Pro license.
  4. Connect again to the semantic model using Get Data → Power BI datasets.
  5. Make sure the correct workspace and dataset are still there in Power BI Service, and your Pro account has build permission on the dataset. Also, clear the cache in Power BI Desktop.

We hope this information helps you solve the problem. If you have more questions, please feel free to ask in the Microsoft Fabric community.

Thank you.

Is the semantic model you are trying to connect to still there?

Do you still have the rights to connect to it?

Please check these details

If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution
