Error: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” when opening Power BI
Hello,
I’m encountering the error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” whenever I try to open Power BI. I’ve already tried restarting the application, updating it to the latest version, and even reinstalling it, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.

I didn’t fully understand this article, and I can’t even open the program to create a new report. I literally can’t access the program now, nor can I open a simple report I made yesterday.

Have you tried downloading the latest version of Power BI Desktop from MS Store and Official Download Center.
Do both types of Power BI Desktop open with problems?
